Gambling problem?
Hi,
just want some tips on how i can help my bf...he get addicted to playing fruit machines. he never plays more money that hes got but he plays all his wage contained by once hes paid his rent etc, when hes supposed to be saving his money for us to move within!
he says he wants to stop playing them and he did for for a moment while but its started to creep back in, ive tried working it so he have no cash but he always seem to manage to get it vertebrae.
Just wondering what i can do to help him get over this problem as he is totally reluctant to see anyone about this

Well at least he pays his bills first. Most gaming addicts dont even pay here bills and get kicked out and blah blah blah. I'm sure there are hot lines you can send for about this though... right? I wouldnt kno i dont gamble. God luck on helping him

Make him a bet that he can't quit. If that doesnt work, cause him keep track of his gambling expenses - sometimes inhabitants need to see it on paper formerly they realize how much money they could have saved or used for something more improtant.
My suggestion is find a hot BF. I gamble for a living so I have no moral issues next to gambling but I do look down on pathetic way of life.

Well I love to gamble personally, and at hand was a point in my energy when I didn't want to do much else. What you can do is, have him give you anything money he's supposed to save. And when he goes to the casino, just allow him to bring whatever he can afford to lose. AND DON'T BRING ANY DEBIT CARDS OR CREDIT CARDS OR WHATEVER.....Just the money he plans on losing.

as long as he's not blowing the rent money and he is taking care of buisness it's all right. if that change get help.
