Today there website updated and I can't get on, it say either my password or user id are incorrect...isn't so. When i use the lost password nouns it says either my city or user christen are wrong, not so on this either. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled it around 5 times still nought...not sure what is going on and their support team isn't helping...if anyone could help me I would appreciate it remarkably much.

Your best bet is to call them on the toll free number they proposal. But I am going to echo the answer of one of your other respondents, why? Besides the fact that they have a cheating scandal, they denied it for the longest time until the evidence against them was insurmountable. I could live with someone person caught cheating, it was their response that lost me.
