Should you take the wager?

1) You accept a wager of $1,000,000 with a 1000 to 1 chance of payout of $2000. Don't ask why, you just did. :)

2) The next time you're offered the same wager except the odds have changed slightly, by up to 10% in favor of your opponent, but you don't know the exact odds. Should you take the bet again?

3) Each time you win, the odds change by 10% each time time you wager. When you should you stop accepting the wager?
Answers:
You should take it the first time, since your risk (1:1000) is less than your reward (2:1000). The second time the risk is 1.1:1000, with the same reward. The third time is 1.21:1000 (1.1*1.1/1000)... continue like this until your risk is more than your reward, at which point you should stop.
