Ok, I just read your poem, glad you finally put it up. Where as it is a nice poem I would say you probably won't win any contest with it. Your poem is all over the place and lacks any structure at all. I get what you are saying in the poem but for some reason it fails to draw me in as I feel you are trying to do. You feel emotion in the poem but haven't really dug deep enough for the right words to express your pain. You also have ALOT of repetitive words, like thoughts, I and is. A good poem can use a lot of the same words but yours are being used in more of an over done sense. Be a little bit more descriptive, a thesaurus might help you to find better words for your feelings.
