These are normally loyalty cards. Before people play the slots they would insert thier card into the machine and this card would store information of how much money the person put into the machine and would award so many points for every dollar spent. When the player got to a certain number of points these could then be exchanged for prizes or free credit on the slots. Ask at the casino reception if they have this facility. Each card can only be used normally at one casino though.
