Is there any state that has ABSOLUTELY NO GAMBLING , ie bingo, lottery, slot machines, scratch off, etc?

sorry but Alabama does have gambling - both casinos and dog tracks.
I did not check all 50 states but so far it looks like Utah is the only one.
